The house was very nice and very spacious as you can see in the picture above and to the left.
It was a comfortable house.
On Monday the group headed to the Sourdough Lift to ski the greens.

As you can see it was a sunny day.
It's a beautiful area with nicely spaced trees and nicely groomed slopes.

I think the whole group is in this picture skiing Tin Pants.

Nancy with Steve and Ellie in front of Two Elks Lodge getting ready for the next run.
Bill and Peggi near the cutoff to the Highline Chair.
Another view down the slopes and across the valley.

You can see that the hills are bare.  I've never see so little snow in the high country in January.

In the afternoon Steve and Bill found some snow and natural conditions in Game Creek Bowl.
A look down on the town of Vail from the Lions Head Area on the final run of the day.
On Tuesday we skied  for awhile in Lions Head then headed to Lost Boy in Game Creek Bowl.

I decided to try my hand at some action photos for the group.

Left, Craig is navigation across the slope
Steve starts his descent.
Nancy throws up snow as she speeds by.
Kathy shows she still knows how to handle the snow.
Elli says no problems as she speeds by.
Looking down Lost Boy you can see that it is a nice slope.
Lunch was at the Gondola Restaurant.
In the afternoon Steve and Bill found some nice glade skiing off the Northwood's Express lift.
Another view down the glade slopes
On Wednesday the group went to Beaver Creek.  We skied the Bachelor Gulch Area.

The snow was good as about 8" had fallen overnight.

We skied Cabin Fever then went for lunch at the Ritz Carlton.  We were disappointed in lunch.  The small cafe was not as any of us remembered.

Thursday Steve , Craig, and Bill  were back at Vail.  Nancy and Kathy were demoing skis.

We skied the blues under Mountain Top and Wildwoods before lunching at Mid Vail.

Before lunch Craig choose to ski Look Ma,  a diamond mogul slope, rather than continuing on Meadows to the lodge.

The names of the slopes says it all.

After lunch Bill and Steve went back to Game Creek.
Later we found some more glade and tree skiing of the Wildwoods Lift.

This slope was more difficult than it looks in the picture.
On Friday we skied a day at Breckenridge on our way to Denver.  Spent the day on the Blues of the Peak 7 Chair.
I posted a You Tube video of the group skiing Angels Rest.

Kathy took a final picture of me on the slopes before heading to Denver and home.
