The Group
Steve Bickham, Bill Yacovissi, Dave Fox, and Shaw Siglin

We rented a town house in Cottonwood Heights

It was a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house which accommodated our group very well.

Shaw cooked breakfast for us every morning.  A real treat for me.

 Skied first day at Canyons.

Had some trouble following the trail the first time down the hill.

A skier fell and knocked himself out.  Fortunately Shaw was there to administer until the local ski patrol arrived.

A bunch of old guys on the slopes, but still on the slopes.

Next day was Deer Valley.

On Wednesday it was Solitude.

I had only been to Solitude twice and did not remember all the great green and blue slopes there were.

Of course, last time I was there I wasn't interested in skiing blues and greens.

On Thursday it was Powder Mountain.

Powder Mountain is a nice place to ski to get away from the glitz of the big resorts.

On Friday we skied Alta.

We spent some time looking at slopes we used to ski but don't anymore.

Of all the ski places Alta is the most scenic and dramatic.
It was a good trip and all of us got off the slopes in one piece.
