Stayed at a house on Glenwood Avenue in South Lake Tahoe

A spacious living room and dining room

A nice kitchen

The master bedroom was really a strange room.

As usual, Dave met up with his idol Stein Erickson for a few runs down the mountain.
Skied the first day at heavenly.  Windy and cold as you can see.

Steve and Bill under the tram at Heavenly

After a day on the slopes I had to shovel my way to the hot tub

I guess it was worth it!

The next day we headed to Sierra Tahoe.  Unfortunately the place really consists of three areas to ski and two of them were closed but we had some good runs.  Vickie, Steve, and Bill at the top of Sierra's West Bowl Express.

Vickie on Bashful at Sierra West.

The next day we went back to Heavenly.  Considerably better weather and conditions.  Skied off the Stagecoach Express and Olympic.  It was a very nice day.

Dave and Vickie on Upper Olympic.

The next day at Kirkwood was one of the special days that you occasionally have when you ski.  Everything was great, weather, snow, and scenery.  A couple of chicks on sticks at the top of Chair 3.
The group at the top of chair 2 at Kirkwood.  I guess Dave is taking the picture.
The scenery at Kirkwood was spectacular.  Reminiscent of Alta.  Here we're looking across the valley from the top of Chair 4.

Looking up at the Wall.  This was a great ski run.

The entrance to the Wall.  Very steep and very chopped up and very difficult.  We skied it like champs.
The next day we tried to ski heavenly again but heavenly snows and winds kept the place closed.  Left Friday afternoon for Reno.  Got snowed in on Saturday and had to stay an extra day at the El Dorado Casino.
Here we are in front on one of those garish things you find in casinos.  This was sort of a Trevi Foundation in Styrofoam.  Poor Dave is always taking the pictures.
